Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Agreement") govern your use of ScalMedia's website and services. By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must refrain from using our website and services.

1. Services

ScalMedia provides agency ad accounts and related services to clients who require advertising solutions for their business. Our services include the provision of ad accounts, assistance with account management, and support in optimizing ad campaigns.

2. Payments and Refunds

Clients are responsible for making timely payments for the services provided by ScalMedia. We offer various payment options, and it is the client's responsibility to ensure that payments are made and reflected in our accounts. Clients must provide proof of payment through screenshots or references for top-ups.

Once a top-up is processed in the ad account or the client starts spending, refunds will not be issued. It is the client's responsibility to utilize the funds in the ad account for advertising purposes, as Meta does not guarantee refunds.

3. Account Disabling and Fund Transfer

In the event that an ad account managed by ScalMedia is disabled or closed permanently due to violations of platform policies or any other reason, we will make every effort to assist clients in transferring the remaining funds to another ad account, if applicable.

Clients must promptly notify ScalMedia in the event of an account disabling or closure and provide all necessary information for the fund transfer process. It is important to note that the eligibility and success of the fund transfer depend on the platform's policies and procedures, and ScalMedia does not guarantee the transfer of funds in such cases.

ScalMedia will diligently work with clients to facilitate the fund transfer process to another ad account, ensuring that the remaining balance is utilized effectively for advertising purposes.

4. Privacy Policy

ScalMedia values the privacy of our clients and maintains strict confidentiality of their information. Our Privacy Policy outlines the types of information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it. By using our website and services, you agree to the terms stated in our Privacy Policy.

5. Payment Handling

All subscription payments are handled by Stripe.

6. Subscription Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds:

Subscriptions are not refunded if we create and deliver your ad account. If not, we can provide a full refund. When you cancel the subscription, you should spend all your funds in the ad account before the end period of your subscription.

The funds in the ad account balance are not refundable once you start using them, and you should spend them within your subscription period.

Fund Transfer:

We can transfer your funds from ad accounts to another ad account in case your ad account gets disabled permanently.

Other Details:

We can provide you with unlimited ad accounts, but the minimum top-up you should provide is $100. Once you exceed the monthly spending limit of your subscription, your subscription will be upgraded directly.

If your subscription payment fails for three successive days, we reserve the right to remove your access to that ad account. If you have funds, they will be suspended or put on hold until you pay your subscription.

If you exceed the spending limit of your subscription, the subscription will be upgraded automatically, and the remaining payments will be handled by Stripe.

All payments are subject to Stripe's terms.

You can cancel your subscription anytime, and you should spend the remaining amount in your balance before the end period of your subscription.

Top-ups will be transferred via bank transfer, as discussed via email or WhatsApp.

All refunds will incur a 5% processing fee deducted from the refunded amount. This fee is applicable to all refund transactions and covers administrative and operational costs.

7. Ad Policy Compliance

We reserve the right to turn off campaigns if you violate Facebook's advertising policies. We will send you a warning message in such cases, and if the violation occurs 2-3 times, we may suspend your account and subscriptions.
