More platforms may be added as Scalmedia's partner access expands. We only list a platform once access is confirmed. You do not need to sign a new agreement just because a supported platform is added.

Yes. Every account and ad is subject to the advertising policies and review of the platform it runs on. Scalmedia cannot override a platform's decisions, and we do not offer ways around platform enforcement.

The 3% card fee is charged by Stripe and other payment processors and is not retained by Scalmedia. The 1% crypto fee covers network and processing costs. Bank wires carry no additional fee.

No. Funding, or a top-up, is money you add so your campaigns can spend. Scalmedia's published terms cover top-ups. If you have a question about refunds or an unused balance, ask our team on WhatsApp before you top up.

Your ad spend is the money your campaigns spend on the platforms. Scalmedia's fees are separate: a subscription, an ad spend fee (a percentage set by your plan) and, on Starter only, a $25 one-time setup fee.

Starter has a $0 subscription for $0 – $5,000 monthly ad spend. It has a $25 one-time setup fee and a 5.0% ad spend fee.

No. Plans are arranged with our team. Message us on WhatsApp or book a call and we will confirm the right plan for your spend.

The Scale plan includes priority support. The Enterprise plan includes a dedicated account team.

Scalmedia manages your ad account and your campaigns. You send us your creatives, and our senior ads team builds and runs everything else on Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat and X to help grow your business in the markets you sell to.

One all-inclusive fee of 10% of your monthly ad spend. It covers your agency ad account, campaign build, management and optimization. There is no setup fee and no subscription. For example, on $20,000 of monthly ad spend the Scalmedia fee is $2,000.

Yes, for eligible businesses. Our team reviews your business and confirms whether it qualifies. If it does, the guaranteed results and their terms are agreed with you in writing before launch. Businesses that are not eligible can still use media buying, without a results guarantee.

No. Your ad budget is your money for media and is kept separate from Scalmedia's fee. The fee is 10% of that monthly ad spend.

No. You can use the agency ad account service and run your own campaigns, or let our team run them through media buying.
